Projects
Bundle files, chats, agents, knowledge, skills and rules around one goal so every chat in the project starts with the same context.
A project groups everything for one goal, such as "Q4 campaign" or "Onboarding Berg Wholesale": its files, chats, agents, workflows, knowledge bases, skills and rules. Every chat in the project reads the project's brief, so you do not have to explain the background again. Open Projects in the left-hand menu.
Create a project
Start
Choose New project. Give it a Name and a Description, and choose its Visibility.
Add what belongs to it
Add files, agents, rules and skills now or later. The last step shows a summary before you create it.
Write the brief
Open the Brief tab and fill in Goal, Context, Requirements & preferences and Way of working. Every chat in the project reads it. Changes save when you leave a field.
Inside a project

| Resources | What is linked to the project, and the context its chats get. |
| Sync | Files kept in sync from Google Drive, OneDrive or another connected source. |
Under Actions at hand in every chat here you can pin actions so they are ready in each chat of the project, without searching first.
Work in a project
- Start a chat from the project, or open Capabilities in any chat and choose Work in a project.
- Ask the assistant to note a decision. It appears under Memory on the Brief tab.
- Saving a file to the project's knowledge makes it searchable. That is billed once per document, with the estimate shown. See Knowledge bases.
Archive or delete
Archive a project to hide it from the list. You can restore it from Archived. Delete permanently removes the project, its files and its links, and cannot be undone.
Plans
Free includes up to 3 projects; New project then shows Business. Business has no limit. Sharing a project with a team needs Business.
