A free account comes with €5 of one-time credit to test with — no credit card required. You get 20 standard AI agents, up to 4 tool integrations, a personal knowledge base, the AUTO model router across Claude, GPT and Gemini, and the EU AI Act compliance module available on an opt-in basis. Custom agents and collaborate features (share chat, share KB) are not included on the free account. Top up your wallet or upgrade to Pro at any time.

Your EUR wallet is debited when Chat or agents call language models and tools. In chat you see costs update as you work. Agents can have a fixed or variable price per run—everything draws from the same wallet. Token usage is always billed separately from your subscription (cost + 10%), so the plan never bundles a token balance — you simply top up your wallet whenever you need to, on any plan. You can top up any time without upgrading plans.

Yes. Paid plans (Pro and Team) can be billed monthly or yearly, and yearly is two months free — roughly 17% off. Pro drops from €39 to about €32.50 per month (€390/year), and Team from €49 to about €40.83 per seat per month (€490/seat/year). Team adds exactly the collaborate features — share chat and share knowledge bases — plus team knowledge scope, shared workflows, workspace admin controls, seat management, and per-team budgets and reporting, at €49 per seat per month. Token usage is billed separately from your pay-as-you-go wallet on both plans. Add or remove seats any time — billing adjusts on the next cycle.

Yes. All plan tiers can purchase additional balance from the wallet at any time, as a one-time top-up or automatic top-up when the balance runs low. Top-ups come in €10 / €25 / €50 / €100 packages or a custom amount, and are charged immediately. Balance does not expire.

Enterprise customers can bring approved provider keys or deploy models inside their own private cloud. Free, Pro, and Team use AgentWorks-managed inference so you get one consolidated wallet and governance controls.

Automations pause until balance is available again. You can top up instantly from the wallet. Paid plans can enable auto top-up so agents never stop mid-workflow.

Enterprise adds everything in Team plus advanced agents custom-coded by our AI engineers, self-host, private cloud or on-prem deployment, local and SLM model options, SSO/SAML, hierarchical org/team/user budgets, a dedicated account manager, a 99.9% SLA, and EU data residency.

Yes. Start free, move to Pro when you need custom agents and the full feature set, upgrade to Team when you collaborate with others, or talk to sales for Enterprise. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades on the next billing boundary.
