A working account, not a countdown — and no credit card. You get every agent in the library plus your own custom agents, 100 automation runs a month, 2 workflows, 1 board, 3 projects, up to 4 tool integrations, 1 MCP server, up to 2 personal knowledge bases, the AUTO model router across the free-tier models from Claude, GPT, Gemini and Mistral, and the EU AI Act compliance module on an opt-in basis. You can also claim a one-time €5 welcome credit after verifying your email. Scheduled and autonomous runs are Pro and up; sharing chats and knowledge bases is Team and up. Top up your balance or upgrade whenever you like.

Three layers, and nothing else. First the plan: a fixed monthly price for the features, the seats and an included balance. Second your balance: every model call is billed from it at the rate published for that model on our models page, and you can top up at any time. Third automation: each plan includes a number of workflow runs per month — 100 on Free, 2,500 on Pro, 10,000 on Team, unlimited on Enterprise — and you can add more with a run package. No opaque credit packs and no per-feature surcharges.

One run is one execution of a live workflow, whether you started it by hand, it ran on a schedule, or a trigger fired it. Runs that fail still count, and a sub-workflow does not count as a separate run. Your plan includes 100 runs a month on Free, 2,500 on Pro and 10,000 on Team, shared across the workspace; Enterprise is unlimited. If a busy month uses up the allowance, add a run package — 30,000 runs for €100, 70,000 for €200, or 160,000 for €400 — and it is added to that month straight away. Plan runs reset every calendar month and do not roll over.

Your balance is debited when chat, agents or workflow steps call a language model or a paid tool, at the rates published on our models page. You see the cost update while you work, and agents can carry a fixed or variable price per run — all from the same balance. Pro includes €10 of balance every month; Team includes €10 per seat per month, pooled across the workspace; Free can claim a one-time €5 welcome credit after verifying an email address. Included balance is granted per calendar month and is use-it-or-lose-it; balance you top up yourself does not expire.

Every model we offer has one published rate per million input tokens and per million output tokens, listed in full on our models page together with the region the inference actually runs in. That is the rate your balance is billed at, and it is the same list on every plan. The AUTO router keeps the bill down by sending each message to the cheapest model that can handle it, and prompt caching reduces the cost of repeated context where the provider supports it.

Yes — you can start a 14-day trial of Pro or Team from inside your account, without a card. The trial unlocks the features of that plan. It does not add the €10 monthly included balance, which belongs to a paid subscription, and it does not hand out extra credit: you run on your claimed €5 welcome credit and any balance you topped up yourself. The welcome credit is claimable once, ever, and you keep it when the trial ends or you upgrade.

Yes. Pro and Team can be billed monthly or yearly, and yearly is two months free — roughly 17% off. Pro drops from €39 to about €32.50 per month (€390 a year), and Team from €49 to about €40.83 per seat per month (€490 per seat per year). Free is a real account with the whole agent library, your own custom agents, 100 automation runs and 2 workflows a month. Pro is for when that starts to bind: €10 of balance every month, 2,500 automation runs, unlimited workflows, knowledge bases, boards and projects, scheduled and autonomous runs, every model in the catalogue, unlimited integrations and MCP servers, and the EU AI Act compliance dashboard — for one person at €39 a month. Sharing chats and knowledge bases with colleagues is Team and up.

Pro is a single-user subscription at €39 a month with all standard and custom agents and every feature except collaboration. Team adds exactly that: shared chats and shared knowledge bases, organisation and team knowledge scopes, team boards and shared workflows, workspace admin controls, seat management, and per-team budgets and reporting — at €49 per seat per month, with 10,000 automation runs a month for the whole workspace and €10 of included balance per seat. Add or remove seats any time; billing adjusts on the next cycle.

Yes, on every plan. Top up from the wallet as a one-off, or switch on automatic top-up so it happens when the balance runs low. Top-ups come in €10, €25, €50 and €100 packages or a custom amount, and are charged immediately. Balance you buy does not expire.

If the balance runs out, work that needs a model pauses until there is balance again — top up instantly from the wallet, or switch on automatic top-up so agents never stop mid-workflow. If the monthly run allowance is used up, new workflow runs are refused with a clear message and scheduled or trigger-driven workflows are paused rather than failing silently. Add a run package or move up a plan and they resume.

Yes. Refer someone and you both receive €10 of balance once their account has been active for 30 days. Partners and resellers who send us customers regularly can be approved for our affiliate tier, which earns 15% of a referred customer's paid invoices for their first 12 months — that tier is granted by us rather than self-serve. Enterprise customers can bring approved provider keys. Free, Pro and Team use AgentWorks-managed inference, which is what makes one consolidated balance, one rate list and the governance controls possible.

Yes. Start free, move to Pro when you need automation and the full feature set, upgrade to Team when you work with colleagues, or talk to sales for Enterprise. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing boundary.
