A free account is pay-as-you-go — no credit card required, top up your wallet whenever you like. You also get a €5 one-time welcome credit automatically once you verify your email. You get 50+ AI agents, up to 4 integrations, a personal knowledge base, the AUTO model router and 100 runs a month. A free workspace can also receive managed agents from an agency and approve their work.
Anyone who works in the platform needs a seat: €29 a month, and building agents and workflows is included — there is no separate builder licence. Anyone who only approves work an agent has prepared never needs one; approvers are free and unlimited, on every plan. So a five-person firm where two people build and three only sign off pays for two seats.
Your EUR wallet is debited when Chat or agents call language models and tools, at our published per-model rates. In chat you see costs update as you work. Each Business seat adds €10 of usage a month, POOLED across the whole workspace rather than held per person, and that pool is spent before the wallet. The pool is granted per billing month and does not roll over; beyond it you pay as you go.
Every run of an agent or a workflow counts as one run against your monthly allowance: 100 on Free, 10,000 pooled across the workspace on Business, custom on Enterprise. When you need more, buy a run pack — it adds runs to the current month. An agency can also buy run packs for a client it manages.
Yes. Business seats can be billed monthly or yearly, and yearly is two months free — roughly 17% off: €29 a month becomes about €24.17 (€290 per seat per year).
Free is a full pay-as-you-go account for one person: a €5 one-time welcome credit, 50+ AI agents, up to 4 integrations, a personal knowledge base, 100 runs a month and the AUTO model router. Business adds seats for your whole company at €29 each — building included, approvers still free — with €10 of pooled usage per seat, unlimited workflows, scheduled and autonomous runs, sharing and governance, org and team knowledge bases, and 10,000 pooled runs a month.
You choose per managed agent. Either you invoice your client yourself and AgentWorks bills your agency (seats, a fixed managed-agent fee per month, usage and runs), or AgentWorks invoices your client directly and pays you out monthly after withholding the managed-agent fee and a 10% platform commission. Your clients can stay on a free workspace to use and approve the agents you manage for them.
Yes. All plan tiers can purchase additional balance from the wallet at any time, as a one-time top-up or automatic top-up when the balance runs low. Top-ups are charged in euros and appear on your monthly statement.
Yes. You earn 15% commission on the subscription value of every paying customer you refer, for the first 12 months of their subscription. See our affiliate program for how it works and to apply.
Enterprise customers can bring approved provider keys or deploy models inside their own private cloud. Free and Business use AgentWorks-managed inference so you get one consolidated wallet and the AUTO router across every provider.
Automations pause until balance is available again. You can top up instantly from the wallet. Business workspaces can enable auto top-up so agents never stop mid-workflow.

Yes. Start free, move to Business when you want seats for your company or need to build and schedule agents, or talk to sales for Enterprise. Seat changes take effect immediately; cancelling keeps your paid seats until the end of the billing period.
