Sharing an agent

Understand that agents are private until shared, and share an agent with people or teams at the access level you choose.

An agent you build is private: only you can see and run it. To let colleagues use it, share it.

Share an agent

  1. Open Share

On the agent's page, choose Share. The Share agent window shows Who has access.

  2. Add people or teams

Use Search people or teams and select who should get access. People and teams appear in the same search.

  3. Choose the access level

Pick one level per person or team:

    LevelWhat they can do
Read-onlyView and run the agent. Its configuration stays read-only.
Can editEdit the agent's configuration and attachments.
OwnerFull control, including resharing, transferring and deleting.

Copy link copies the agent's link. Only people who have access can open it.

Sharing an agent also gives access to its linked skills, rules and knowledge bases, so the agent keeps working for the people you share it with.

Who can share with whom

  • Sharing with named people works on every plan.
  • Sharing with a team needs Business or Enterprise.
  • A switch for Everyone in the organisation lets the whole workspace use the agent. Only workspace admins can use it.

Approvers and notifications

In the same table, tick Approver next to a person with access if they should decide on the agent's approvals. Use Notify to choose what each person hears about, for example Approval needed, A run fails, A run completes or The setup changes, in the app or by email.

Drafts

A draft cannot be run by others. You can share a draft at Can edit or Owner level with people who help finish it. Read access opens once the agent is deployed.

Agents maintained by an agency

An agent maintained for you by an agency is Managed by that agency. It is read-only for you unless the agency lets your workspace edit it, and its version history changes go through a request to the agency.
