AgentWorks for Healthcare practices

The admin, not the care.

Practices lose hours to the inbox: opening hours, cancellations, forms, invoices. A team of agents sorts it and drafts answers to the non-medical questions. Anything about health goes straight to a person, and every reply to a patient is checked first.

GP, physiotherapy, dental and specialist practices and clinics of roughly 10 to 250 people.

The work that comes back every week.

Cancellations, forms, insurer letters and supplier mail, all in info@.

The same questions

Your team

A team of agents, each with one job.

Working together

Practice inbox: admin answered, medical to a person

Starts when A new email arrives in the practice mailbox, for example info@ as an Outlook shared mailbox.. One workflow hands the work from agent to agent, and stops where a person needs to decide.

  • A person reads and approves every reply that goes to a patient.
  • Emails with medical content get no AI reply. They become a task for a colleague.
  • Clinical judgement stays with your clinicians. The agents do administrative work only.
  • Only the mailbox you connect is read, and you see every action an agent took in its activity feed.

The apps it works in

OutlookGmailSharePointGoogle DriveMicrosoft Teams

EHR and HIS systems and practice booking software have no ready connector. Where the vendor offers an API, a workflow can reach it through the HTTP request step or an MCP server, or the system can start a workflow by webhook. Decide first which data you want to send at all.

Pricing

The agents do administrative work only: no diagnosis, no triage of symptoms, no clinical decisions. Patient data is special-category personal data under GDPR. Check that your data processing agreement covers it, connect only the mailbox you need, and keep a person on anything sent to patients. All models run in the EU.
