The agency console

Understand what an agency account is and find your way around the console you use to manage client workspaces.

An agency account is for companies that set up and run AgentWorks for their own clients. Each client gets its own workspace, and the agency manages the envelope around it: who is in it, which agents it receives, and who pays. The client owns the content inside that workspace.

Agencies work in the agency console. It is open to agency admins. An agency admin is also the admin of the agency's own workspace, with the same Workspace console as any workspace admin. See The Workspace console.

Agency, clients and their workspaces

  • Agency. Your own workspace, with its own people, agents and plan.
  • Client. A separate workspace you created, or an existing AgentWorks customer you linked and who approved it. A client keeps its own data and users.
  • Managed agent. An agent or workflow you build in the agency workspace and deploy to a client, which your agency then maintains.

Agency admins cannot open a client workspace and act as the client. You manage a client through its page in the agency console. A client's own chat and run history is not visible to the agency.

The sections

Open the agency console from the app with Agency. The navigation has three groups.
