## How pricing works — three layers

1. **Plan** — a fixed monthly price for features, seats, and an included balance.
2. **Balance** — model usage is billed from your balance at the published per-model rates (see https://agent-works.ai/models). Top up any time; the AUTO router picks the cheapest capable model per message.
3. **Automation runs** — every plan includes a monthly allowance of workflow runs. Extra runs are bought in packages.

There are no opaque credit packs and no per-feature surcharges.

## Trial

A self-serve 14-day trial of Pro or Team can be started from inside the account, without a card. The trial unlocks that plan's FEATURES only: it does not add the €10 monthly included balance and it grants no extra credit. The one-time €5 welcome credit is claimable once ever and is kept through the trial and any later upgrade.

## Yearly billing

Pro and Team can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly is two months free — roughly 17% off. Pro is €32.50/month (€390/year); Team is €40.83/seat/month (€490/seat/year). Enterprise yearly terms are negotiated.

## Automation runs and run packages

One run = one execution of a live workflow, whether started manually, on a schedule, or by a trigger. Failed runs count; a sub-workflow invocation does not count as a separate run.

Included per month: Free 100 · Pro 2,500 · Team 10,000 (shared by the workspace) · Enterprise unlimited.

Extra runs are sold as one-off packages, added to the current month:

Plan runs reset every calendar month and do not roll over. When the allowance is exhausted, new runs are refused with a clear message and scheduled or trigger-driven workflows are paused rather than failing silently.

## Model rates

Model usage is billed from the balance at the rates published at https://agent-works.ai/models — one rate per million input tokens and per million output tokens, per model, together with the region the inference actually runs in. The same list applies on every plan. Prompt caching is applied where the provider supports it, which lowers the cost of repeated context. Agents can carry a fixed or variable price per run, drawn from the same balance.

Top up in €10 / €25 / €50 / €100 packages or a custom amount, one-off or automatic when the balance runs low. Balance you buy does not expire; the plan-included monthly balance is granted per calendar month and is use-it-or-lose-it.

## What every tier includes

- Multi-LLM chat across Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini) and Mistral, with an AUTO router that picks the cheapest capable model per message
- EU AI Act-ready governance: per-agent risk classification, append-only audit log, human-in-the-loop approval
- An optional, per-tenant PII-detection layer that can mask personal data before it reaches a third-party LLM — reduces exposure, not marketed as a guarantee
- A live balance showing spend per chat turn or agent run
- Integrations: email, Google Workspace, Slack, CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), Exact Online, Notion, and MCP servers (count varies by plan)

## Referral

Refer someone and both accounts receive €10 of balance once the referred account has been active for 30 days. A separate affiliate tier, granted by AgentWorks rather than self-serve, earns 15% of a referred customer's paid invoices for their first 12 months.
